You can opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email communication, adjusting notification settings within the App, or contacting us directly. Non-promotional communications essential for account management cannot be opted out.

You can control cookies through browser settings or our in-app preference center. Disabling cookies may limit certain App functionality.

6.7 Do Not Sell My Personal Information

VTOP is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
