User Agreement
Additional terms for all registered users of the VTOP platform.

This User Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all registered users of VTOP. By creating an account, you agree to these additional terms.
1. Account Conduct
You agree to use your VTOP account in good faith. This means:
- Providing truthful information in your profile and all communications
- Engaging respectfully with other users on the platform
- Not creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or restrictions
- Keeping your contact information current so we can reach you
2. Reviews and Ratings
Both Clients and Providers may leave reviews after a completed project. Reviews must be:
- Honest — based on your actual experience
- Relevant — related to the service or project
- Respectful — no personal attacks, hate speech, or defamatory content
VTOP reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines. Attempting to manipulate ratings (e.g., trading reviews, posting fake feedback) will result in account suspension.
3. Communications
VTOP may send you:
- Transactional messages — quote notifications, project updates, payment receipts (cannot be opted out of while your account is active)
- Platform announcements — important policy changes or security notices
- Marketing emails — promotions and feature updates (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email)
4. Account Suspension and Termination
VTOP may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or the User Agreement
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Repeatedly receive poor reviews or complaints from other users
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@vtopllc.com. Project history and financial records may be retained as required by law.
5. Platform Integrity
To maintain a trustworthy marketplace, you agree not to:
- Share or publicize other users’ private contact information without consent
- Use information obtained on the platform to contact users outside of VTOP for business purposes
- Engage in price gouging, bid manipulation, or deceptive pricing practices
- Offer or accept payments outside of VTOP in violation of our fee terms
6. Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions to VTOP, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or obligation to you. We appreciate all input that helps improve the platform.
7. Updates to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify you via email for material changes. Continued use of your account after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
